STRING ORCHESTRA, 1st-5th Grade*

Three classes are offered*
​
Thursday 3:30-4:30 PM: Intermediate Strings Returning 3rd-5th graders
Friday 3:30-4:30 PM: Beginning Strings 4th -5th graders
Tuesday 3:30-4:30 PM: Beginning Strings 1st - 3rd graders
Space may be limited

♪ Lessons begin the week of September 5 and end after Spring Concert, the week of May 24, 2023.
​
Beginning Strings requires no previous musical experience. Class size limited to 5.
Intermediate Strings require at least one year of private lessons (auditions will be scheduled with students to confirm placement). Class size is limited to 8.
PERFORMANCES:
Christmas Concert: December 15, 2023
Spring Concert: May 17, 2024
Additional performances 1-2 each semester

DRESS CODE FOR PERFORMANCES:
Gentlemen: White collared shirt with black tie, black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes.
Ladies: White dress top, black dress pants or ankle-length skirt, black tights, closed toe black dress shoes.
FEES:
Monday - Thursday Class Tuition: $90 per month, billed to students' school accounts in 8 installments.
Friday Class Tuition: $85 per month will be billed to students' school accounts in 8 installments.
Materials Fee: $55 (string book, instrumental folder, and music sheets included).
A drop fee of $30 applies after October 1, 2023 for semester 1.

Music Classes*

Elementary Choir, 1st - 5th Grade*

The after school choir allows students to develop vocal skills in a positive environment through singing techniques and choral repertoire. Singing will be the main focus, but students may have the opportunity to play some instruments, as well.

Youth Choir requires no previous musical experience.
PERFORMANCES:
